16-Week Run Program
I joined the Threshold Lab app looking to improve my running for HYROX, and the 16 week run program has made a huge difference for me. The programming is purposeful, progressive, and well structured, and over the course of the 16 week program I improved my 5k time from 20:12 to 17:56, took 45 seconds off my estimated threshold pace, and gained a ton of confidence in my running. It is clear that Stephen put a lot of time and effort into designing an effective running program that helps people achieve meaningful and sustainable progress, and I have so much confidence in the program that I immediately restarted it and continue to use it for my run training.
